Jamal spend nearly 20 years in the private sector with robust career at Lockheed Martin, United Technologies and Ingersoll Rand. He is a founder and CEO of FandF Health, Inc, a digital healthcare platform offering software and services to community based providers. .

Sama Loyan, PhD (MN), Co-Chair

Mr. Samad Loyan is an economist with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. For nearly 19 years, Mr. Loyan was an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University, teaching graduate-level classes in money, banking, and economic development. In addition to teaching, Mr. Loyan is also a business owner with extensive experience as an economic and financial consultant. .
